Mix ExchangerOne-Time Use MiX eXchangers with MetaWool ensure maximum silver recovery and compliance with the most stringent silver discharge regulations.

MetaWool is a unique medium which allows the silver-rich effluent to flow randomly through the eXchanger, virtually eliminating channeling and allowing for higher flow rates compared with most metallic replacement cartridges (MRC's). Efficiency and capacity are greatly increased.

MiX 1400, 2000 and 5000 eXchangers are available in two models: "P", or pump, which is used when silver-rich solutions (fix, bleach-fix, stabilizer, low flow wash) are metered. The "G", or gravity model is used when black-and-white fixer is gravity-fed from a processor's overflow. Inlets and outlets are located on top of the eXchangers for convenient hookup and replacement. MiX 1400G and 2000G eXchangers feature a bypass assembly to prevent backup to the processor.

MiX eXchangers are designed to be used once only (One-Time Use). This means there is no messy re-coring and most importantly, no re-coring charges. Users are guaranteed new, manufacturer-warranteed eXchangers the first time and every time.
